Wicked maneuvers of political games by Ho Chi Minh and the CPV

- On June 18, 1919, Nguyen Tat Thanh (under the names of Nguyen Ai Quoc and Ho Chi Minh later) joined the group of Viet patriots: Phan Chu Trinh, Phan Van Truong, Nguyen The Truyen to submit an eight-point petition to the Versailles Peace Conference, to ask the French government to implement U.S. President Woodrow Wilson’s ideal for the French colonies in South East Asia. They all signed the Petition under the common name: Nguyen Ai Quoc. Nguyen Tat Thanh took that name for himself later.
- During the time Nguyen Ai Quoc had his activities in China, he secretly sold information to the French intelligence to get rewards, leading to the abduction of Phan Boi Chau by the French intelligence on June 30, 1926 in Shanghai. Phan Boi Chau was sentenced to life imprisonment, but then under pressure of the rising movement of the people of VN and by the intervention of Governor General Varenne, the French had to drop his life sentence and placed him in exile at Hue, until his death on December 29, 1940.
- According to author Huynh Tam, Nguyen Ai Quoc was dead in Hong Kong prison in 1932 due to tuberculosis.
- Beijing used Major Ho Quang in the Chinese Liberation Army to take over the role of Nguyen Ai Quoc, and in 1941, Ho Quang (as Nguyen Ai Quoc) together with 6 Chinese intelligence agents from Guang Dong crossing the Vietnamese/Chinese border in Cao Bang to settle at the cage of Pac Bo, Cao Bang.
- In 1945, Ho Quang (at the time was called Ho Chi Minh) and his group, took the opportunity of a demonstration in Ba Dinh, Hanoi to support the Tran Trong Kim government, made a coup to raise the communist flag among the demonstrators and took the power from the Tran Trong Kim government. Vietnam’s political power changed hands from Bao Dai to Viet Minh of Ho Chi Minh. Bao Dai had to abdicate the throne.
- In 1945, Viet Minh (under Leader Ho Chi Minh) liquidated the group of the Fourth International led by Ta Thu Thau and including Phan Van Hum, Phan Van Chanh, Tran Van Thach... In 1946, the disguised coalition government was formed; but then, the non communist components of this government (of Great Viet Party, Vietnam Nationalist Party... such as Vu Hong Khanh, Nguyen Tuong Tam...) were liquidated. Most of them had to escape to China. Later, other prestigious activists or religious leaders (such as Huynh Phu So)... were also killed.
